About these terms
These terms set out the agreement between you and Sarcasm Inc. when you use our website (sarcasm.nz) or buy from our store. By using the site or placing an order, you accept these terms.
Sarcasm Inc. is a trading name of Nomad Collective Limited, a New Zealand company located at 36 15th Ave, Tauranga, New Zealand.

Using our website
You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the site in a way that breaks any law
- Attempt to access systems or data you’re not authorised to access
- Scrape, copy, or republish our content, designs, or product images without our written permission
- Use the site to send spam, malware, or harmful content
- Impersonate any other person or entity
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached.
Customer accounts
You may create an account to manage your orders. You’re responsible for keeping your login details secure and for any activity that happens under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately.
Orders, pricing, and payment
Placing an order
When you submit an order through our site, you’re making an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send you an order confirmation email. Until that point, no contract has formed.
Pricing
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST. Prices are shown on each product page. We may change prices at any time, but changes don’t affect orders we’ve already accepted.
Errors
Despite our best efforts, occasionally a price or product description is wrong. If we identify a pricing or description error after you’ve placed an order, we’ll contact you with the correct information and give you the option to either confirm the order at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
Payment
Payment is taken at the time you place your order. We accept Shopify Payments (credit and debit cards), Afterpay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment is processed securely by our payment partners — we don’t store full card details on our systems.
Made-to-order production
Every item we sell is produced specifically for your order. Production typically takes 3–5 business days from order confirmation, after which we hand it to our courier partner. See our Shipping Policy for full delivery details.
Because items are made to order, change-of-mind returns are not offered. See our Returns and Refund Policy for full detail on faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.
Cancellations
You may request to cancel an order before we’ve started production. Email hi@sarcasm.nz as soon as possible — if we haven’t started production, we’ll cancel and refund in full. Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible.
We may also cancel an order at our discretion (for example, if a pricing error is discovered, if we can’t fulfil the order, or if we suspect fraudulent activity). If we cancel, you’ll receive a full refund.
Product representations
We do our best to display products accurately, but colours on screen can vary from physical items based on your device and screen settings. Garment fit may vary slightly between production batches, and printed or embroidered designs may have minor production variances — that’s part of how decoration works and isn’t considered a fault.
Intellectual property
All content on our site — including logos, design files, product imagery, slogans, copy, photographs, and the overall site design — is owned by Nomad Collective Limited or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You’re welcome to enjoy the products you buy from us. You’re not granted any right to copy, reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit our designs, logos, or content without our written permission.
Your content
If you submit content to us (for example, customer reviews, or tagging us on social media), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use that content in connection with our business — including reposting on our website and social channels, with appropriate credit where possible. You may ask us to take down content you’ve posted at any time.
Consumer Guarantees Act
You have rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 that we can’t and don’t try to exclude. Our products come with guarantees about quality, description, and fitness for purpose. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law (and noting that nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act):
- We provide our site and products “as is”
- We don’t accept liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses
- Our maximum liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order
Privacy
How we handle your personal information is covered in our Privacy Policy. By using the site, you also accept the terms of that policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be dealt with in the courts of New Zealand.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version applies to any order placed after the version date shown at the bottom of this document. If we make material changes, we’ll notify customers via the site or email.
