Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship within New Zealand only. 

Shipping cost

Free standard shipping on every order, anywhere in New Zealand. No minimum order value.

Rural delivery: if your address is in a rural delivery zone, a rural surcharge applies at checkout. Our courier partners use the New Zealand Post Rural Delivery list to determine this — if you’re unsure, our checkout will let you know once you enter your address.

Processing time

We aim to dispatch your order within 3 business days of order confirmation. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding New Zealand public holidays.

If we expect a delay (for example, during particularly busy periods, or if a garment is unexpectedly out of stock), we’ll email you to let you know.

Delivery time

Once your order is with our courier, delivery typically takes:

  • Urban North Island: 1–2 business days
  • Urban South Island: 2–3 business days
  • Rural addresses: add 1–2 business days to the above

These are courier estimates, not guarantees — occasional delays happen, particularly around public holidays and peak shopping seasons. We’ll do our best to keep you informed if anything’s running long.

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Track your parcel via the courier’s website using the link provided.

If your parcel doesn’t arrive

If your tracking says delivered but the parcel isn’t there, please:

  • Check with neighbours and any safe-drop locations on your property
  • Contact your local courier depot with the tracking number
  • Email us at hi@sarcasm.nz if you still can’t locate it — we’ll help chase it up

If a parcel is genuinely lost in transit, we’ll work with our courier partner to locate it.

Damaged in transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, send a photo to hi@sarcasm.nz within five days of delivery and we’ll sort a replacement.
