We make premium apparel for people who are tired, self-aware, mildly over-caffeinated, and trying their best.

So basically: modern civilisation.

Where are you based?

We’re proudly based in New Zealand.

Our products are decorated in-house.

What kind of apparel do you sell?

Mostly wearable coping mechanisms.

More specifically:

• t-shirts

• hoodies

• crews

• hats

• and other premium apparel featuring original sarcastic designs

Our style leans clean, bold, minimal, and highly readable — less “novelty tee,” more “emotionally exhausted streetwear.”

Are your products good quality?

Yes. We care deeply about garment quality because life is already disappointing enough.

We use premium blanks selected for comfort, fit, durability, and print quality.
If it feels cheap, we’re not interested.

How are your products made?

Most products are made using print-on-demand production.

That means your item is created after you place an order instead of sitting in a warehouse collecting dust and existential dread for two years.

• no mass overproduction

How long will my order take?

Production times vary slightly depending on the item and demand, but generally:

• Production: 2–5 business days

• Shipping within New Zealand: 1–3 business days

• International shipping: varies by location

If the courier system descends into chaos, we appreciate your emotional resilience.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes.
Sarcasm is universal.

Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout depending on your location.

Can I return or exchange items?

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, we’ll absolutely sort it out.

Because many products are made to order, we generally can’t accept returns for:

• incorrect sizing choices

• change of mind

• sudden personality growth

Please check sizing charts carefully before ordering.

How do your sizes fit?

Most garments are regular/unisex fit unless otherwise specified.

We strongly recommend checking the size guide on each product page before ordering.
Guessing based on “vibes” has a surprisingly low success rate.

Will the print fade?

Not if you treat it like a normal human being.

Our prints are designed for durability, but like all apparel:

• wash cold where possible

• avoid harsh heat

• don’t iron directly over the print

• maybe don’t boil it alive

Are your designs original?

Yes.

All designs are created specifically for Sarcasm Inc and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Translation:
please don’t steal our stuff.
That’s weird behaviour.

Do you do custom designs?

Not currently through the Sarcasm Inc storefront.

But if you’re after custom apparel, branding, embroidery, or merch production, The Embroidery Warehouse can probably help.

Why is everything so aggressively honest?

Because pretending everyone is thriving feels statistically unlikely.

Is this brand meant to be offensive?

The brand is built around satire, dry humour, self-awareness, and social commentary.

Some designs may be a little sharp around the edges. That’s intentional.

But the goal is humour — not cruelty.

There’s enough of that online already.
